Salasarderm dyestuff are exclusive range for leather colouration during drum dyeing application. Salasarderm range has complete hue of colour range varies from Yellow, Orange, Red, Blue, Green, Brown and Blacks.
Salasarderm dyestuff range is assorted products from Acid Dyes (Metal Free & Metal Complex) ranges which are globally well accepted due to their good performance related to general fastness properties like Solubility, pH etc and special fastness like Fastness to Rubbing, Washing, Dry Cleaning & Resistance to PVC Migration, etc.
Being Member of Leather Working Group - LWG, the Ecology parameters are always our main priority. All the raw material have been scrutinised and further utmost precaution taken care during synthesis / production so that finished product must meet MRSL ( Manufacture Restricted Substance List) Specifications.
Ecology Parameters consists testing for 24 Prohibited Aryl Amine and Restricted Heavy metals.
Every production batch of Salsarderm dyestuff get tested for various dyeing performance parameters like penetration, surface colour and depth. The dyestuff behaviour will be analysed by using dyes on wet blue cow leather with general tannery process by using Retannage and Fat Liquors.
